We’re doing a little “cleanse” of sorts.  It’s something we do relatively often (almost always in a different way).  A little internal refresh.  Something to clean out our guts and rid our bodies of nasties.  We eat pretty clean as it is, but every once in a while we have a craving for something more regimented.

This round we chose 20 days of no dairy, no sugar, no grains, and no oils (with a few, limited exceptions) combined with small-ish portion sizes (when it comes to the proteins).

With sort of lose guidelines, it’s been somewhat of a challenge.  But we’ve been making the most of it, and feeling pretty good!
