My cleanse savior: ground chicken breast.

So far, it’s the one thing I’ve yet to grow tired of. I’m not a huge meat (or poultry) person as it is (honestly, I’d be happy going without), so being restricted to meat proteins for meals can get a bit tough. This stuff does the trick…

We get ours at Whole Foods. And then we make things like this:

Spicy ground chicken breast (sauté it up with some smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, and black pepper) on a bed of sautéed garlic spinach (garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes).
