One hell of a dinner this evening!
Cheryl had a migraine, so I figured I’d surprise her with one of her favorites: spring rolls. She rarely gets to indulge in any Asian cuisine (and I’m to blame) so I thought this might kick that pesky headache (or at least earn me some points).
So I whipped up: chili ginger pork + garlic sesame broccoli spring rolls.
(just a little something I had lying around)
Update: it didn’t cure the headache, but it did taste like a little bit of heaven.
